Ok, he's good then.

Sounds good!   I also notified the Embassy that I have uploaded the documents.  I haven't received a response to neither the uploaded documents or to the email telling them now to provide an interview date. So I am here just waiting.  In your opinion though, when again can I send a reminder to them for the interview date?

You should hear back from them around Monday  they don’t take long to reply back to email. I use to email them every week and get  same the answer so I just leave them to be

I really don't understand why they're holding up your case. The Department of State said that immediate relatives are Tier 2 meaning your visa should be top priority. Make it worse, u expedited the case. So why they having u wait so long? Slackness.

This is really foolishness with the Embassy.  Why expedite the cases if you're going to have persons waiting almost 2 months.  They need to take a moment and put things in perspective.  The word 'expedite' means to make something happen faster, quicker.  To accomplish something sooner than expected.  But it seems with them, its the other way around.

Mine says in transit too and we both got approved the same day I’m hoping they really get the ball rolling this month for real. Once I hear anything I’ll let you know but the in transit means it’s on its way to the embassy and then it should change to ready that’s when we should really start contacting them quite often to let them know they should schedule a date
