So if its ready by March 15th, why are they taking so long to schedule an interview date.

Well lets pray you will hear something very soon.  Please keep us updated.

Am not sure what’s going but I email them a millions times only to hear the same thing they are not scheduling an interview at this time. Every week I hope to hear something  only to have my hope drawn into the weekends.

To say they are not doing interviews is not true....they are doing interviews but very very limited. Why would they expedite the case then...if they didn't plan to schedule an interview. It makes no sense. I believe they are confusing themselves

Update. Expedite request approved. I’ll update you guys accordingly.

That's good. Glad to see they are approving expedites. Now if they could go ahead and schedule the interviews that would be Greattt. (From the Office if any of you watch that show LOL)

Congratulations.  When it comes to emailing, they are moving quite speedily.

My case location was changed today from NVC to Kingston.  Then I got the email that my case is now at Kingston awaiting the interview date.

Shan, let me ask you something.  What category is your case, and what was the category of the other 3 persons in the fb group, if you can recall.  I am wondering, that although they have expedited the cases, they are still treating the scheduling of the interview dates as per the category.  Meaning, if F2A cases and F3 or F4 cases are expedited the same time, they would give preference to interview those in the IR /CR category rather than treating all the same.....not sure though.......am just guessing based on what you said.

I suppose that means mine will change within a week too.

Red rose, one of the ladies I see complaining on Facebook, her expedite was approved. She says she’s been waiting over a month. Also I notice she’s IR5 and there was a comment where she and another lady was upset that children and spouses seem to be getting priority.

That's what I am thinking they are doing.  They are working more on F2A category which entails children and spouses.

What category is your case?

IR 5 category is for parents of US Citizen, so that is why there waiting is so long.  They are way down on the list

Judging from all this communication..I guess its safe to say embassy is ONLY doing expedited cases....😔

oh no, don't say that 😊.  They are doing more regular interviews since the expedite cases have a bit of a wait even after approval.  If you can find any reason to get your case expedited, please try
