Just as I said, they answered absolutely nothing. All they said in the live is that they're interviewing at limited capacity and wait time could be months. We already knew all of that. I give up at this point.

I give up too my parents case was approved for expedite over a month now I email them a million times and keep getting the same they really not scheduling  any new interview at this point . Am tired

You will get a reply though nvc I guess most expedite go though them then they forward it to your embassy.

It's really weird though cause i had copied Kingston IV on my expedite request to NVC.....and Kingston responded that very same day telling me that NVC has to approve my request first b4 submitting to them....then now...NVC telling me that only Kingston approve or deny expedite requests. Its too confusing...

 So yes, technically it has to go through NVC but embassy is the one who approves the request. U send it to nvc and they send it to embassy so that's probably why they told u nvc has to approve, because nvc has to send it to them. They cant take it from u directly cause your case is not with them.

My GOD is indeed wonderfully good!!!!

 

My case has been approved!..... I got the email since evening.  I was so surprise because I just heard from NVC yesterday that my case was in review.

It was expedite at the Embassy's level.  I was told to now make contact with the embassy as it pertains to my interview date.

You sent your expedite on the Tuesday i believe and mine was sent on the Friday. So I wait patiently. I’ll update you guys accordingly
