Yeah it's definitely my category. I sent an email to NVC but you know they always take long to answer so I'll get a response either end of next week or beginning of week after next. Ive hear of people DQ from march last year and still waiting so I have a long wait for sure.

Someone on fb group said her case was transferred from NVC to embassy and she confirmed she didn't expedite so it looks like they're working. Just wanna give u guys some hope lol. I sure need it. I asked her for her DQ and category so let's see what she says.

Hope just dropped. Her visa is k1 so they get to schedule their own appointments. Her DQ was march of this year so she doesn't count smh. I did see another post where someone got an interview for April in the f2b category so they're working. They're just working slow. At this point I'm just gonna take a vacay and let the 4-5 months hopefully erase this from my mind

My kids were DQ in Oct 2020. Awaiting interview.

Still yet to hear anything sorry for just replying but I’m simultaneously checking a group on Facebook and check here also things right now are unclear with the embassy so we have to do our own proactive checks I feel like they are taking so long

Doesn't look like anything's happening at the embassy. They have another consular conversations set for next week Wednesday so I guess that's when we'll get the next update on what's going on.

yes I realized that things going at a slow pace. It was confirmed that they are doing 8 - 9 persons per day which includes a mix of expedite cases and regular immigrant cases.
