Time heal all wounds. I went through something similar so I know it gets better over time.

I believe my heart is not healing because my baby is not here with me, so every day I call them to keep me from not losing my mind.  But not having her here is not doing me any good. I believe all the time that she is in danger. I trust no one with her anymore, not even her eldest siblings because I am afraid for her all the time.  I myself do need help to heal my broken heart

Hi Everyone, I love reading the content here and had a question. I recently sent in all my documents on 3/18/20 to NVC. Has anyone recently sent in there's and how long do you guys think for them to DQ?

I'm sorry you and your baby are going through this. Keep praying as God will make a way for you both.

Yes you need to get her back. I am apart from my daughter too and have the same fears so I am getting her back this weekend.

I emailed at least 4 different. I have a lady you can email also that is very helpful but she is at the kingston stage so maybe not with your case but you can also try this email: acari_contactus@visaops.net

Thank you very much.  God is the one keeping me going every day.

If all your paperwork is ok with NVC, you normally get back a response within 48 hours but I believe staffing has been reduced so it might take a little longer

I can't even imagine how you feel. I truly hope they accept your expedite request. I don't see any reason why they wouldn't. You'll be reunited with your daughter soon, I know it. Just stay strong in the mean time.

Thanks Akilah.  I am a Christian, and at first I wanted to blame God, I really wanted to blame him so much, cause I prayed for my kids safety all the time and I said that this shouldn't have happened under God's watch,  but I know what my bible says and God did not exempt us from hard times and trouble. So I repented and I have been carrying the guilt and the blame every day since it happened.  But I need to be strong for my kids, and you all are right, I need to be strong for them.

Stay strong and continue praying. I believe that you have a very strong case for expedite, your daughter's physical & emotional safety is at risk as well as your emotional wellbeing. Please also consider professional counselling for yourself and your daughter. All the best

Kimisha, do I have to send evidence of my reason or reasons?

My daughter who is 8, while waiting for an interview was sexual molested and this hasn't been easy for her or me.

So do you think they would expedite my kid's case so I can get them. My daughter really needs her mother

Oh no, so sorry to hear this.

I can imagine it's very difficult not being there. As Kimisha suggested try the expedite with the records and talk about the emotional trauma for everyone, it may help get it approved.

Depending on workload, staffing and accuracy of your documents, it could be 3-14 days. They are pretty quick about processing, nothing like the Embassy. You may call them late night for status updates, they close at midnight. Hold times are far less after 8PM.

Hi everyone, I know this thread is for IR/CR cases but I've search everywhere and just wanna know if y'all know if there is a thread like this for F4 applicants. I know we are the least important category but sometimes I feel like I must be the only one in JA in this category cause everybody in F1 and 2.

Here are 10 ppl in this category in JA, maybe you can talk to them. Let me know if you can't access them and I'll walk you through how to search. https://www.visajourney.com/search/?&type=core_members&joinedDate=any&core_pfield_1=FB-4 Visa&core_pfield_4=Jamaica&sortby=last_post&emc_is_online=-1&emc_has_photo=-1

As been said here, only emergency and expedited cases are being done now. Therefore, expedite if you have a strong reason for doing so.
