where do you send the expedite request please?

Depends on where tour case is.

if NVC: nvcexpedite@state.gov

if Kingston:KingstonIV@state.gov or

kingstonivappointment@state.gov

Kimisha, do I have to send evidence of my reason or reasons?

My daughter who is 8, while waiting for an interview was sexual molested and this hasn't been easy for her or me.

So do you think they would expedite my kid's case so I can get them. My daughter really needs her mother

They would. If you have a police report or affidavit from maybe a family member or doctor would help. Conversations about this. Anything would help so they don’t come back and ask for it. Your email should be very convincing. The emotional and mental affects along with any additional hardships.

Thanks Kimisha. Let me get the police report along with CDA and SISOCA report.  I can also get a doctor's report too.

I'm so sorry you both had to go through that. Father bless her precious soul. I pray they get her through quick. So many bad minds. Be sure you include your contact info so they can call you and schedule.

Thank you so much. The sad part about this is the culprit is still walking around free because of my daughter's age, CDA said if her story is not straight, the case can be thrown out. So for now, there was no charge against him.

I am wondering if the Embassy will require status of the case and information as it pertains to the case so far.  I can get a doctor's and social workers report but what if the Embassy wants to go further into this case.  If so, this could prolong their wait????

I think you should be ok with the police report, SW report and doctor report. And let them know she needs to be with her mother for emotional support and for her safety.

Thank you so much. I am crying right now as I type this.  I believe I too need counselling because this has taken a significant effect on my mindset. I blame myself everyday for what has happen to her.  I haven't spoken much about it and its tearing me up inside.

Stay strong. You can't blame yourself for the sick man that did this. Everything will work out for you and your daughter. God will bless you.

Time heal all wounds. I went through something similar so I know it gets better over time.
