My child was born in 1999 (Now: 21 years old), but based on the expected date for my priority date to become current is about 3-4 years (he is going to be 24 or 25 years old), when my US brother applied for the petition he was 11 years old)

Unfortunately, your child will age out.  The 2012 I-797 notification stated that the I-130 was approved and sent to the NVC.  Your child will only get an extra 2 years.

Sorry.

It would be a very positive surprise to be current in 3-4 years. You should more likely expect 5 years.

So I,m trying to calculate CSPA age for my child, when I come to calculate the pending time, what confuses me is that I don't know which approval date to use, so I have 2 dates now, the notice date for I-797 which says that my case has been approved and goes to NVC, and another approval date which is found on the USCIS website for checking my case status (and there is a difference in both dates about 3 years) if I used the date of notice on I-797, the CSPA for my child is over 21 and if I used the date on the USCIS website, my child is going to be under 21 and might get lucky to come with me.

Thanks in advance
