Hello Everyone,

I want to apply K 1 for my fiancee. My last year W-2 income was below the requirment. i am currently in the army reserve, my income is not enough.  i am thinking about joining the active duty military, so that i could meet the income standard. My question is, can i apply my fiancee now or i have to wait until i got the job? Thank you for your help.

You send in the info for the joint sponsor at the NVC stage. Good luck, keep us update and thank you for your service.

Not for a k1.  Its hand carried to the interview

YMMV
