Did you speak with someone at the consulate recently or receive an email? Just wondering how recent this info is. A bit disappointing that they moved literally the day after the announcement to schedule CR1, but over 2 weeks after announcing K1 they haven't scheduled anything.

my original interview was march 18 so I would be one of the first ones to be rescheduled and they haven't contacted me so they haven't started yet, my CEAC says they opened my case September 8 so maybe they are working on stuff

Thanks for that update!

Checked your timeline and MTL got your case back in February.

Will be interesting to see how quickly they get you an interview and I hope it is very soon for you!!

I received an email, just 2 days before they made the big announcement about them starting to work on K1s as they are high priority or whatever. So just a little over two weeks for me as well.

Great news! Please update your timeline with your new date, as lots are people are watching the space at which Montreal reschedules these.  You are the second K1 at Montreal Consulate that I've seen with an approval. This thread was active today discussing the other user.
