Hello all,

I'm the petitioner and my brother is the head of household and it asked for proof of relationship.

I uploaded his birth certificate but it was rejected. What other document can I send that shows proof of relationship?

How would a birth certificate show proof of a sibling relationship?

From the USCIS website

Brother/Sister: A copy of the birth certificate for you and your sibling.

From the I-130 instructions

Submit a copy of your birth certificate and a copy of your brother’s or sister’s birth certificate showing that you have at least one common parent.  If you and your brother or sister have a common father but different mothers, submit copies of the marriage certificates showing that your father was married to each mother, as well as copies of documents showing that any prior marriages of either your father or mothers were legally terminated.

So, you need to upload, at least, two birth certificates and their respective translations.

are you showing a proof of relationship for the affidavit of support?

If so, it's much easier to just have your brother submit an I-864 as a joint sponsor.
