I think I'm going to walk at lunch time today. I haven't been able to because of the weather. It looks like rain right now but I'm hoping it clears up. My back is bothering me so I thought a good walk might help it out.

Not sure I'm gonna get to walk. It's getting darker and darker by the minute. Those clouds out there sure look bad. I walk about 2 miles at lunch so I'd hate to get stuck out in it. That would not be fun.

tee hee.. I felt last night that i was going to try to talk hubby into skipping our jog.. I was all set to start on him when he walked into work already in his running gear..

He told me it was his job to keep me on the straight & narrow :)

I walked and didn't get rained on. :dance: :dance: I feel better now that I've gotten a little bit of exercise. I did cut my route short though. I figured since I hadn't walked in about 2 or 3 weeks I should take it easy the first day back.

I went for a pedicure this morning. My feet feel great.

The girl told me that as of August 1st- Louisiana is banning the use of the callous remover (razor thing) I love that tool!! I am so mad about this.

I've only had one professional pedi and I liked that tool pretty good myself. The one I couldn't stand was the file they rubbed on my feet. It was all I could do not to burst out laughing. It tickled! :lol:

Well I think I've just ruined my walk. I just sat here and ate not one, not two, not three, but four chocolate chip cookies. That's on top of the lunch I had eaten and the peanut m&m's I ate earlier. That is all I've had today. Maybe I'm still alright with my calories. *tells herself that to make herself feel better* :unsure:
