Good Morning!

I'm glad you're feeling better, clmjmm7. You're lucky you can park in a garage. Yesterday it started to rain, and I guess I forgot to check the weather as I usually do in the morning, so I had to run to the car to close the windows. No damages, I park very close, I was there in time. But if it hails then I have no option, if it damages the car what am I supposed to do? Sue God?

Anyway, weather looks better today. I'll have to work on my RFE today, hubby said I should try to make an Infopass appointment instead of having to do my medical all over again, but I forgot my A-# at home, so blah, I guess I'll have to do this from home.

Yeah, not much you can do if it hails. I got caught in a hail storm once. It really messed up my car. So far things are looking better outside. It's not too dark and gloomy looking anymore and it's stopped raining for now. Maybe it won't be as bad as they said it would.

I'm sorry you forgot your A# at home. That sucks. I hate when I have plans to do something then realize I've forgotten what I needed to handle the situation.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

I just brought the RFE with me, it didn't even cross my mind about the A#, you know? I should've taken care of this last night, in the morning I have to shower, take care of my lunch, the kitties litter box, get dressed, separate my gym clothes, so I just grabbed the RFE envelope and put in my purse, I didn't have time to stop and think about anything.

 I was going to suggest that, but thought it was too obvious, and that it would be just like USCIS to leave such useful information off of the letter! What was the RFE for anyway - I saw you said it was some medical thing, but... are they asking you to have a whole new medical or something (aka 'we used your original medical for mopping up a nasty coffee spillage a couple of weeks ago, sorry')...? Hope it's something you can get sorted & responded to quickly...

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

I'm glad it's on the RFE. Now you can take care of it today like you were planning.

I just made our last payment on our Disney trip. My BIL was planning on going with us but he's not sure he wants to go now. He kept saying he would have the money but when it came down to it, he doesn't. We paid his part, thankfully we can get it back if he cancels. It just aggravates me that we've been asking him for a month if he would have the money and he kept saying yes. When we finally made the reservations he decides he might not have it after all. It would have saved me a lot of hassle if he'd just said no to begin with.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

It looks like. It says:

Medical Examination Form I-693 - Please submit a properly completed and signed Form I-693, Medical examination of Aliens Seeking ... must be conducted by a physician who is on the list of Civil Surgeons ...

I still have my x-ray (that we thought twice before bringing or leaving in Brazil), and I'll go through my stuff tonight to see if I have other medical examination. I know I have my vaccination sheet, but still, the blood test (HIV, syphilis) I believe I gave to the doctor in Brazil on my medical in Aug/last year and I don't have a copy, and some vaccines I took after I had my medical, they're not on the DS-3025, and some of the vaccines I took here (in the US) I have no proof of them, cuz they didn't give me anything that showed I had the vaccination when I asked them to.

Anyway, I believe if I have this Infopass and even still after that I need to go to a Civil Surgeon, I'll probably need to have the blood test, maybe even the X-Ray if the one from Brazil isn't valid anymore because it was taken a year ago. And who knows, maybe even the vaccines :P

But it's ok, we have a tree on our backyard that grows money, so it won't be a problem to spend another $300 or more on this
