I did talk him into it. It took some effort but I finally got him to go. It was really good too. I've discovered the main reason he doesn't want to go there is not because he gets tired of Mexican food, it's because he doesn't like the waiters down there looking at me. He says Mexican men always stare at women and such. I've not noticed it. He said our waiter last night was doing it. Whatever! I just want to eat.

My stomach was growling this morning too. I had some mini muffins from the vending machine. I forgot to grab something for breakfast when I left the house.

Yum! And I'm with you... who cares even if they are looking - you get to eat Mexican food!

My husband changed some light bulbs last night - does that count as 'handy'?

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

My hubby is the same...he is always trying to do bigger projects but it usually doesn't work out in the end

Glad you got some Mexican food. I love Mexican but the hubby doesn't. On my way home I was taking note of all the mexican restaurants and I am surrounded. There are TONS. I swear I am never more than a mile or 2 from a mexican restaurant. There are 7 in a two mile radius around my work and 3 down the street from the house. We have a huge hispanic population in our county so I am sure that explains it to some degree.

Everything went well at the docs...just have to wait to hear back from them in about a week. Glad that is over with for another year...hopefully.

Glad everything went well at the docs. I hate those appts. They certainly aren't something to look forward too. Imagine having fertility problems and getting an exam like that every two weeks, sometimes every 3 or 4 days.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

Whoa I don't think I could handle it that often. I have been getting bad results so I have had to test every 2-3months and that sucks. I can't imagine every 2-3 weeks  I lost my insurance so I hadn't had one for a while. Hopefully it will come back with a good result.

I hope you get good results. I just had mine not long ago and it all came back good so I'm good till next year. So far I've never gotten a bad result on one of mine so I hope that continues. I've got enough issues down there with infertility. I don't need anything else.

USCIS sucks!!!!!!!!

Did you find out what your RFE was for?

not yet.

I was working on what was supposed to be my lunch break but I never say anything when I do that, I actually like to have something to do, plus I feel guilty I spend so much time on VJ when I don't have anything else to do, you know?

Usually if I was constantly busy and someone asked me to work on my lunch break I'd negociate to either leave early or something else.
