Well I'm gonna see if I can talk Javi into some Mexican food tonight. *crosses fingers* I don't want to have to cook. I'm too tired. Talk to you all tomorrow. Everyone have a good night!

Did you manage to talk him into it? I would like Mexican food for breakfast, please... alternatively, I might just go back to bed.

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

I did talk him into it. It took some effort but I finally got him to go. It was really good too. I've discovered the main reason he doesn't want to go there is not because he gets tired of Mexican food, it's because he doesn't like the waiters down there looking at me. He says Mexican men always stare at women and such. I've not noticed it. He said our waiter last night was doing it. Whatever! I just want to eat.

My stomach was growling this morning too. I had some mini muffins from the vending machine. I forgot to grab something for breakfast when I left the house.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

OMG! I've used one before too. I love it! We laid wood floor in a trailer we rent out so I used it then. This weekend we laid wood floors in our living room so I used it again. I never thought Javi would let me anywhere near a power tool. It was so much fun.

  Javi uses tools almost everyday, all day long. He's a foreman for a construction company. That's the main reason I figured he would never let me near a tool. I figured he'd think he could do it so much better than me that he'd just do it himself. Funny thing is, my brother works with him, and Javi says I cut boards faster and straighter than my brother.

  I'm not sure Charles would like what you might be implying here, Nessa.

It is very nice to have a handy man in the house. My first husband couldn't do a darn thing. Javi has tiled a shower, built a deck on the back of our house, and laid the wood floor. He's started a pond on the side of our house and he's planning on putting up some fencing too. He also wants to add a second floor to our one story house but I'm thinking that's a little too ambitious.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

Who said I was implying anything?

Now seriously, he's that type of man that can do anything around the house, like fix things, take care of bugs problems, etc.

That's exactly how Javi is. I suppose if I hadn't been married to the good for nothing man I was married to the first time I may not appreciate Javi as much as I do now.
