My rant moment:

this week it's gonna be 6 months we've sent the AOS petition and nothing. Next month it's gonna be 1 year after my medical in Brazil. If they schedule our interview after that we're gonna have to spend more money with medical, not only that, all the trouble having to go through it all over again. Sometimes I think they do this on purpose, just to see how much money we can spend just to be here legally, like that would make us give up.

Don't worry - you needed to APPLY for the AOS, not have the AOS interview within a year of the medical. You won't need to repeat the medical, just have the Vaccination supplement done if you hadn't included it with the AOS application already. If you have already included the vaccination supplement, you are good to go. Unless, of course, you receive an RFE for a new medical but that is not likely to happen. My AOS took 23 months and 1 week to approve so it was a good 2 years previous to the approval that my medical was done and I had no problems.

Hey, I'm curious now. You aren't a perm. resident yet but you are in the military? Or something?

I find those drug commercials interesting when they list the side effects...

like I saw one today for bladder control.... "you may experience stomach aches and constipation etc..." but you won't have any more leakage

Isn't Paris Hilton now doing endorsements for herpes medication?

I wrote this yesterday in a thread to see if anyone had noticed something odd in what I had wrote. Everyone's overlooked it. You'll know it if you read closely.
