Do you think eating cashews contribute to my acne problem?

I don't think so. I've never heard eating nuts could cause acne. I still get acne. It makes me so mad. I thought once I hit a certain age I'd be done with that. But noooo, every month at a certain time it starts showing up. Usually a week or so before my cycle starts. It's so annoying. Oh, and when I was pregnant before, it was terrible. I had acne all over my face. That was one of the ways I knew something was going on. I really think it has more to do with our hormones than anything else.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

by being guys you mean scratching your balls, farting, doing no housework, leaving everything around the house for the wives to pick up and put away, drink beer and watch football?

I remember reading about it before, that nuts contribute and that chocolate with them were the worst.

*hugs* Luz!! I still think you and Gary are the cutest.

Food does not cause acne. That's an "old wives tale." Cashews, pizza, chocolate, etc. None of that causes acne. Pizza could exacerbate acne (if you're prone to it) since it's generally quite greasy, and if you get the grease on your hands and then touch your face or forehead, that could produce acne. In fact, most acne is caused by people touching their face, which is something we do a lot without even realizing it. But food itself will not cause acne merely by ingesting it. All bets are off, however, if you have any allergies to certain foods -- then you could get anything from acne to anaphylaxis.

As far as the shoe size issue... usually one foot is a little larger than the other. It's rare for both feet to be exactly the same size. In general, your non-dominant side's foot will be the one that's a little larger. For instance, I'm right-handed (like most people) and my left foot is a little larger than my right foot. My father, who is left-handed, is the opposite. It doesn't always work this way, but it usually does.

i'm still using pro active and it helps some. But I don't use on my back, and I don't tan since forever, and that's where the major problem is.

About the shoes, i bought this pair of boots and I loved them but I am afraid to wear because I think after a while it'll hurt my feet. I can feel it. Is there any way I can go back to the store and change only the right foot boot to a size 9? Has anyone ever done that?

I was in a shoe store the other day and there was a sale on... There were a pair of shoes there in different sizes, I think one was a 7 and one was a 5...

So people must do it!! I think some people would probably do it on the sly too... Swap them in the boxes...
