Caro, that's so sweet. Javi wouldn't even know what kind of shampoo I use and we've been married for over 3 years.

I'm at home with strep throat. I've had it more as an adult than I ever had it when I was a kid.

Hope you feel better soon

Saludos,

Caro

Work is a penalty box between weekends !!

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I have been craving mashed potatoes and onion gravy for the last couple of weeks and I finally bought some potatoes the other day so that is what we are having tonight.. with some vegies and some chicken strips....

by onion gravy I mean this...

fry up onion in 2 tbsp of margarine or butter... measure out 2 cups of milk and set aside... stir in 2 tbsp of flour into onion mixture and stir until flour turns brown.... add milk all at once and stir in.... cook until mixture thickens... Salt and pepper to taste... YUM!! YUM!!! my mom always made this gravy when I was growing up....

Feb 2008... they are going to play 16 episodes back to back with no repeats... they are going to do this for the nest 3 seasons... with the show finally ending in 2010 , I think...

as for the gravy... we sometimes substitute evaporated milk for the regular milk or you can add cream instead of the regular milk or you can do half cream and half milk etc.... you can also make it into a cheese sauce by adding some grated cheese to it....

Yay  So they aren't going to have the HUGE break in between this year then? That is so annoying when they do that

me too....

I didn't start watching until after the first season... I thought the show looked stupid but then that summer between the first and 2nd season I was bored so I watched it... I watched the first season's episodes in about a week  and now I am hooked..... I like how it makes you think.... not like some shows where they spoon-feed you all the answers :P

we do have a Lost thread for all the lost groupies somewhere on VJ...

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...232&hl=lost (this one is for Season 3)

and here is the discussion on Season 2.... http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...125&hl=lost

I think the Season 1 discussion was on the old VJ forum....

I did that... Only it came out in England quite a long time after it did in the US.. So I bought season 1 on DVD from play.com and watched it in a week :D

I love it because of the mystery factor too, you always end up on the edge of your seat. I usually let out a '#######?' at the end of it too
