My firs time posting here.....But I have to say this.

I had a healthy breakfast....before lunch I had 5 "alfajores" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alfajor a little big bigger than the ones in the picture...then I had an enormous not really healthy lunch....30 minutes later...There I was eating nachos! :crying:

I feel bad now....!!!

I LOVE alfajor.

Alfajores can be quite addictive sometimes!!! Thank God I don't kknow how to make them...heh heh!

I don't know what happened to me yesterday...haha!

Eeeewww!! hahaha! Oh come on! Actually I didn't! hahaha! I didn't have a dozen alfajores, only 5....and it was a small bag of nanchos...I just felt bad about all the calories I ate...too much junk food! heh heh

I'm in a pi$$ poor mood today. I didn't sleep well and I'm just annoyed at everything. It's Monday, Nessa! I hate it! I hope yours is going better than mine.

ah, you need to gain weight. You don't need to eat junk food to do that. But you have to eat loads of food

If you like to exercise, you can work out (at the gym) if you want to build muscles, anaerobic exercises, no treadmills, just lifting weight to build muscle mass and change your diet, you can have those milkshakes, energy drinks, protein bars, none of the diet stuff, just the super caloric, they don't have bad fat, so you can gain weight in a healthy way.

Now if you don't like to exercise and you just want to change your diet, eat good fat, olive oil, peanut butter, fruits that have good fat and are caloric like avocado, nuts (walnuts, peanuts, etc); eat lots of protein, fish, red meat, etc, eggs, milk; and carbs, whole grain, potatoes, bananas, oats, pumpkin, pasta, rice, etc.

My Monday is half done and outside having to go to Verizon to get my old phone turned back on (the razor doesn't do well in the washing machine) it has been a very mild day

I would think most models of phones wouldn't do well in the washing machine. Thank goodness I've not had to figure that out on my own. Good luck at Verizon.

Yay!!! We made it through another Monday! Mine turned out better than expected. And thank goodness I'm in a better mood today than I was yesterday. I hope everyone else has a wonderful Tuesday!

I'm sorry Nessa. I'm not feeling so hot myself today. We can be downers together. Actually, I've been feeling down more and more often lately. It really sucks. I hope whatever is bothering you gets fixed soon.

I know that feeling all too well. I actually said earlier I wished I could go home and crawl under the covers and stay all day, or longer.
