ah gotcha. I guess the worst part about having your documents robbed is the pain to have to get them all over again. That happened to me in Brazil and it's endless bureaucracy, money wasted and time to get them all over again. And then there're this order, you can only get a new driver's license if you show your ID card and the ID card takes 1 month.

OMG you're telling me. I am thankful beyond expression that my license was not in my purse that day. Score 1 for disorganization!! LOL

Don't let the sunshine spoil your rain...just stand up and COMPLAIN!

that was lucky. If I didn't have my license I'd be completely screwed, since hubster is travelling and I gotta work and I have no option to come to work other than with one of our vehicles.

It's HOT in here. I'd give anything to be in a swimming pool right now.

I really like my life the way it is, but sometimes I wish I could be a rich spoiled ####### at least on Mondays and I didn't have to work or do anything, just spend the day tanning in my mansion's swimming pool, having my butler bringing me cold drinks

Nessa I like the way you think. I would love to be rich so I wouldn't have to work. I hate it. I don't think it's that I'm lazy, because if I didn't work I'd still be doing things. I just don't like having someone else tell me what to do. If I could be my own boss I think I wouldn't mind working at all.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

I like having a job, I just hate Mondays and when I don't have work to do at work. I have no problems having people telling me what to do as long as they pay me to. Err, that didn't sound good, my husband will start getting ideas from this comment, I meant only at work :P

i just wish I had a maid to clean up our mess...

but if I had a maid I would probably clean up before she got there

my mom used to clean house for this lady who would basically clean the house from top to bottom before my mom got there.... mom said her house was always very neat and clean and kind of wondered why they hired her to clean for them

We have no kids and our house is not that big, so I don't mind cleaning. I really don't like having someone else in the house. As I was growing up we always had a maid, from Mon-Fri. I was used to it but now I can't imagine having someone going through my stuff, plus I organize things my way and it drives me crazy having someone else changing the location of things.

And if I'm home I like things quiet, no noise. If there were a person there vaccuuming when I'm trying to relax, watch tv, or whatever I'd go insane.

i guess I just have a a strong aversion to cleaning... my mom cleaned the house throughly once a week and vacuumed about every other day.. of course me being the oldest and a girl I had to help her...:P and of course I had to wash the dishes... whereas the only thing my brothers had to do was mow the law about once a week or every two weeks... :P

and then once or twice a year she would do a real through cleaning of the whole house... wash all the walls, clean out all the cupboards etc....

nowadays my mom cleans half the house one week and the other half of the house the next week...

I do my best to keep the place clean though.....:blink:

I clean on Saturdays only. During the week I just clean what's obviously dirty, like empty the kitties litter box (that's the only thing that I have no option, I gotta do it daily), wash the dishes by hand, I don't usually cook so we hardly ever have too many dishes to use the dishwasher and I do that if I'm in the mood, otherwise I let it accumulate and I do it on Saturday.

Sometimes I like to be lazy and accumulate enough so I can use it. How come you don't have one?

we are renting and our apartment doesn't have a dishwasher... :(

i would like to buy a portable one but we don't really have room for it here.....

like I said earlier growing up I always had to wash the dishes... about a month after I moved out my dad bought my mom a dishwasher :P

and it seems like all the places I have rented the sink as always faced a wall  I hate staring at the wall when I do dishes....

I don't really see a need to use the dishwasher right now. I have to rinse the excess food of the plates, load the dishwasher, unload the dishwasher, it's way easier to just wash it by hand, you know?

Now, if we have kids and I have to cook daily then it's another story, it'll make my life easier, but for now..

Like, usually I am too tired or lazy when I get home I don't eat anything just so I don't have to cook or I open a can of tuna and eat from the can for example, and Charles drinks his strawberry milk so really, we don't have enough to wash.
