That's a great idea, considering that I can't keep my weight all year long (I am usually more fat on winters and thinner on summers :P )

Morning All! I'm a little late because we had a coffee break this morning. We had bagels from Panera. Oh my goodness are they good.

Nessa, I have the issue of not being able to find size 2 pants short enough. Actually, I have an issue with finding size 2 pants period. Some stores only carry size 4 and up and they swallow me whole. Then, when I do find size 2 pants they are usually way too long and I have no choice but to get them altered or wear high heels. And you know, sometimes I just don't want to wear high heels.

Melissa, Congrats on the one year! I thought it was coming up soon but you know me and my memory. I couldn't quite put my finger on the date.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

yeah but you have the option of getting them altered. You can make long pants shorter, but try to make short pants longer ;)

This is true. I do hate to haul them to the alterer though. It would just be so much easier if I could buy them the way I want them. Actually, let's just chalk it up to me being lazy and trifling and not wanting to make any extra effort to get them altered.

Don't feel fat. I used to be a size 4 (bordering on size 6) and when Javi went to Mexico for his visa to be decided on, I lost all kinds of weight. I just haven't gained any of it back. And actually, in the last week, I've lost 5 more pounds. I almost think something must be wrong with how my body processes food. I eat pretty good and don't eat all that healthy. I do stay away from fast food and bread, but other than that anything else is fair game. I don't think I'm underweight by any means considering my height but I do wonder sometimes if my weight contributes to my fertility problems.

I didn't know you had fertility problems, sorry to hear that. I don't think the weight contributes though.

Yeah, we've been trying to have a baby for years. Since we got married actually and that was 3 years ago. I got pregnant once and lost the baby. We've had no luck since then. My doctor says my weight and BMI are just fine. That it doesn't effect my fertility. But I know I stopped ovulating while Javi was gone and that's when I lost all the weight. So I wonder if my losing the weight messed up my hormones or something.

Maybe you should try to go to a doctor again to see if that's the case.

Yeah, we are going too. It's really expensive though and my insurance won't cover any of the fertility costs. We used up every bit of our savings trying the last time. We're hoping we can go back at the first of next year. We have a trip scheduled in November for Disney so I don't want to do anything before then. I've been taking birth control pills for 3 months, this is my last month, to see if that would stimulate my body to ovulate again. We'll see what happens next month.
