It turned out good. He only did partial highlights right on the top and in my part. Then did my base color which really makes a big difference. The he cut it for me but just more layers. I didn't lose any of my length. Javi said it looks like a donkey chewed the ends of it. He thinks he sooo funny.

Yeah, I haven't had bangs in years. Well, I almost have bangs now if this one layer was just a little shorter. It does have that jagged look to it, but I like it.

I cut mine in 2001 I think. But not a lot you know? Those that are like below the eyebrow and to the side and not thick at all.

Nessa I would love to have bangs like that. I wear glasses though so I don't have bangs...they never sit right. If you can get your hair to do that I say go for it

My hair is very straight and long. I was worried about cutting it because of the weather. If it was too humid, I'd have to wash my hair everyday cuz the bangs would look/be very oily. So I was waiting for the summer to decide. And the weather here is quite good, so maybe I will cut, haven't made up my mind yet.

I have a cowlick right in the front of my hair so bangs don't really work on me either. Which is why I haven't had bangs in forever. But when I did have them, they were like the ones in the pics you posted.

I had bangs when I was a child and I didn't much like them because they required trimming so often. They were the kind that just hang straight down in a straight line across your forehead. I also have a cowlick in the front so they got messed up frequently. Lately I've thought about bangs again, only bc I feel like I have a big forehead.
