I realize this is a "late" reply but I did need to say please keep things that have happened in other threads there, carrying the bad feeling to other parts of the board just fuels the arguments. I recognize this thread is to say anything, vent, etc... but it just fans the flames of what we all want to avoid - more negativity.

I agree, I hate pepto. It's the nastiest tasting stuff ever. Well, that might be exaggerating a little, but you get my point.

I never take anything for a stomach ache, usually just try and wait it out (sleep it out), sometimes it helps to lay on your stomach with a pillow under your stomach-don't know why, mom taught me that.

That's not good at all. That's how it was when we tore out our shower to re tile it. There was all kinds of mold behind it because it was leaking and we didn't know it. Good thing they are fixing it now.

I agree though that Pepto is gross...like chalk.

All I can say is imagine getting violently sick on one of the first days of vacation to see your hubby and when all is said and done the toilet won't flush...nothing you do works so you finally have to resort to getting your hubby (then bf) to help and he can't get it so he asks his friends who all come over to work on the toilet that you just used. I was mortified and I don't think I used the bathroom again for days.
