i dont see most of these as being just to earn the hearts, i think you can see that usually a small group just kinda blend together to make a nice group and they become friends and its just talk among themselves, as with the daily one i usually start its the same people usually that come there, everyone is welcome but the same ones always show up. I dont believe each time they post they think oh theres another one and now i just need xxx etc beats the heck out or name calling and arguing and fighting all day...or another way to look at it is maybe these are the lovers not the fighters :dance::devil:

Wear sunscreen is right, Nessa....my son was out on the boat w/one set of his Gma&Gpas(my mom and dad) today and his poor lil' face is really burned. Mom had sunscreen there, but you know...14 years old and knows better! :whistle: We put some after burn stuff on it,but I'm sure it hurts...I've had MANY a lobster-like day in my life, so I know!

I got some type of nasty bug bite. My arm is swollen and I have a big red line going up my arm from it. Many people at our party today said that is a very bad sign. I was able to get to a clinic before it closed- got a shot in the behind and some pills to take. I think I will live! :)

Well, thank goodness for that...certainly did sound like poisoning...glad you got to the clinic! :):thumbs:

My poor kiddo has a washrag on his sunburned face...and wants me to rub his head...I guess I will go baby him for a bit... :blush::) M.

My husband sorely misses living in Georgia ... especially because of biscuits and gravy.

i've found frozen biscuits and instant gravy mix works well :D lemme know if you need the brand names.

What, you mean I'm supposed to COOK for the man??? :)

Yes, brand names would be appreciated. I just might surprise the hubby one day.

I'm trying to play chess online, and post on VJ, and answer email all at once. Not doing good at any of it!!!

I hope your fiance changes his mind and you appeal the decision or whathaveyou...it must be a really trying time for you. I'm up cleaning out our wardrobe, and I came across some "yo mamma" jokes that Corey printed off to tell me...I had forgotten about them. I thought I would just share a few of my faves...

Yo Mama is....

so stupid it took her 2 hours to watch 60 minutes...

so stupid she sold her car for gas money...

so stupid she asked you what the number for 911 was...

so stupid she took the Pepsi challenge and chose Jif.

so stupid that when told to take the 44 bus, she took the 22 twice instead...

so stupid that when she heard it was chilly outside she ran to get a bowl...

so stupid she took a ruler to bed to see how long she slept...

Doesn't take much to amuse me at the moment.... :P
