Help with NVC expedite request

Anyone willing to share an example or template of expedite request letters or how they should look like? 
I found templates and examples of all sort of letters, but none of how to do the expedite. My reasons are financial and emotional hardship, but any example would be greatly appreciated.

There is no template. Its a simple letter to USCIS requesting for expedited processing. State your facts why your case deserves expedited processing( example: medical reason, job offer, financial issues etc). and than let them know that you are attaching supporting documents for your case.  Nothing Fancy. Attach a copy of your case receipt. supporting documents. etc

 

if its financial hardship include letters about job loss, pay stubs, rental receipts, monthly expense reports like utility bills, expense bills etc.  Emotional hardship can include letters from Doctors, Therapists.  The adjudicator relies on your documents as he does not know you 

 

Just a letter you might have written in the past to a friend.
