Since your father has a US green card, he can file for you in the F2b category.  YOU MUST STAY UNMARRIED UNTIL YOU ARRIVE IN THE US WITH AN IMMIGRATION VISA.  Currently, it's taking about 7 years for an immigration visa in the F2b category.  This is much shorter than waiting for your brother to become a US citizen and file for you in the F4 category.

My father is not in US... I have only my brother over there in US

If your father is not in the US and you only have a brother in the US, then why did you say that your father has a green card and is also married over there?

Your story keeps changing.  If you want people here to take you seriously, and dispense useful advice, you need to figure out what your deal is.

Regardless, you will not have a path to the US for many, many years.

You will have to wait for your brother to become a US citizen.  After he becomes a US citizen, he can file an I-130 to petition for you in the F4 category where the current wait is 12-14 years.

There are no other paths for you to immigrate to the US.
