EB5 seems somewhat unlikely.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I know someone who applied at the beginning of 2014 and had their EB5 visa about a year later, so that receipt date looks kinda strange. (How would it have gone from one year to five in the space of 6 months?) Above poster seems correct that country of origin matters, look at visa bulletin. Priority dates are 2015 for China, 2017 for Vietnam, current for everyone else.

Currently every individual from any country can apply on that visa??

if you have 750,000$  than you can invest in EB5 Program and get your own green card in 2 years

I don't have that much investment which i can invest there

Is there is any other way to apply other than I-130 and EB5

Most people do not.

No.

If it was that easy to immigrate to the US, then everyone would be applying to immigrate here.

You have disclosed ZERO information about yourself.  What's your level of education?  What's your occupation?

In all likelihood, you will have to wait for your brother to become a US citizen and petition for you.  When did your brother get his green card?  Is he married to a US citizen?

Get your father to sponsor you.

No i am not married yet. I am 24 years old and my father is retired army officer

Since your father has a US green card, he can file for you in the F2b category.  YOU MUST STAY UNMARRIED UNTIL YOU ARRIVE IN THE US WITH AN IMMIGRATION VISA.  Currently, it's taking about 7 years for an immigration visa in the F2b category.  This is much shorter than waiting for your brother to become a US citizen and file for you in the F4 category.
