My H1b got picked up 2018 but it was denied due to complications with Specialty Occupation. Later my employer and myself decided to raise MTR and it was filed in Dec 2018, In February 2019 the case EACXXXXXXXX updated with "Case Was Transferred And A new Office Has Jurisdiction". After one year waiting game, exactly last week of March 2020 this case was updated with "Case Was Relocated From Administrative Appeals Office To USCIS Originating Office" .

At this point I don't have any clue on what going on with my case, to be honest I have very little hope on this case.

Guys plz help me if you can provide any info about similar cases ? or is there anything I can or my employer do at this point ?

Any suggestions will be helpful.

thank you

Hi @Phani999

I had received the same status recently. It's showing "Case Was Relocated From Administrative Appeals Office To USCIS Originating Office". Did you receive any update on your case. Please share your current status, as I'm totally confused now. Awaiting for your response.

Thank you.

Same here. Visa denied in Nov 2019(specialty occupation), and sent to originating office on Apr 24.

i read on similar posts on this site that in some cases the lawyers got a letter within days of the status change. My lawyers have not shared anything.

I was very pessimistic, but I read on similar threads that some people has received approval after getting this status, so let’s hope for the best.

Good luck to everyone on the same boat
