RFE - Evidence of Meeting

I got my RFE in the mail today. USCIS is asking that I submit evidence of us actually meeting.

In my original submission, I mailed Airbnb receipts (which only had my name on it, because they were from before we were planning to file a K1), flight receipts to her country, a receipt for an engagement ring, and passport stamps from me entering her country. I also submitted a summary connecting each passport stamp and apartment and plane tickets I purchased to see her. I am kicking myself, because I forgot to mail pictures of us together.

In addition to the pictures of us together (some of which are in a well-known location in her city {others are in our apartment}), what other evidence would you guys recommended me submitting?

For our latest visit we stayed in an apartment she rented from a Lithuanian guy, so everything is in Lithuanian and my name is not mentioned in it at all.

Should she translate the contract and include it? I think she has chat logs with the apartment owner asking if I can stay there.

I was going to submit call and chat logs, an account of our meetings, an affidavit from a family member, and a description of how we initially met (all these recommendations by USCIS). I also have flights for both of us and an apartment booked (with both our names on it) for a vacation in a month. Should I submit these as well just to show we have a continuing relationship?

Also, what do I mail to USCIS besides the RFE and the evidence they are asking for? A copy of my I-129F?

Should I resubmit the evidence I already sent in addition to the new evidence? Should my fiancee and I write new letters stating our intent to marry each other?

Thank you.

I also have tickets from us doing things together, such as visiting museums,  but they do not include our names, they just are generic tickets. I have grocery and restaurant receipts from us buying groceries and going out to eat when we lived with each other.  Would either of these help?

What is the last time you met? You need to submit entry stamps, itineraries, photos WITHIN last 2 years.

Those groceries receipts, chat logs are not helpful because they don't prove you met her.

December. They asked me to send chat logs for 'Circumstances of Meeting'. I already submitted entry stamps and itineraries previously.

Circumstances of meeting is how you met her.

Yes. They are asking for both 'Circumstances of Meeting' and 'Two Year Meeting Requirement' evidence.

Most of the evidence you've listed proves that you've been to her country, but you could have been meeting someone else. Photos are pretty good evidence that you've met in person, and the items you've listed are good proof as to when. Its probably unusual for USCIS not to have received photos, and that probably triggered the RFE.

So you think the photos will be the main thing?

Many,  myself included,  did not submit any photos.   Based on my experience,  a lack of photos doesn't trigger an RFE.

YMMV

Do you have any advice on what I should submit then?

I submitted passport stamps with a description of each visit, apartment stays matching the date I was there, plane itineraries and a receipt for an engagement ring.

Are the items I wrote I am going to submit for my RFE sufficient in your opinion?

Itineraries mean you bought a ticket.   Doesn't mean you flew.  A boarding pass is better.  An engagement ring is meaningless unless you can tie to a name.

For me it was like a game of chess.  I submitted my boarding passes for my inbound flight (check), entry stamps (check), receipts (our names were on each receipt) from the optical shop where we both had our eyes checked and got new glasses (check)  and boarding passes for a domestic flight with us in adjoining seats (checkmate).

USCIS said I had shown I visited my beneficiaries country, just not that I had met with her, so.

Any advice?

It is not very difficult.  I simply had about 10-12 pictures of us together.  I put them together on a word document with dates and locations of the pictures.  I also had both of our names put on two of our hotel receipts.  I added copies of all of my airline tickets as well as copies of all Passport pages.  From there, it is very easy to put together the story.

Same here.  No photos submitted.  Just passport stamps, boarding passes, and the dates and description of all our visits.

That's where photos are useful. There are other ways, but photos are good here. You don't have to have any single piece of evidence - submitting several items that prove different things is how most people do it - photos prove you've met, boarding passes etc prove you were in her country, anything that can show a date and that you were together is even better.
