Hello,

I am uploading documents at NVC,  I really don't understand what they are asking for? Is is just a divorce certificate? or they need marriage certificate too?  If someone had a similar situation please let me know what did you provide.

Termination of prior marriages.  They don't need marriage certificates for any prior terminated marriage

YMMV

An exception that would require prior marriage certificate is for tracking name changes.  If a maiden name is not mentioned on a divorce decree, how does one know that the birth certificate for Mary Jones is the birth certificate of Mary Brown, if Mary Brown's divorce decree refers to her as Mary Smith only?  In that case the marriage certificate for showing Mary Jones and John Smith will be needed.

We were both previously married, later divorced, and now married to each other. Our CEAC site requested both of us to submit our prior marriage certificates, our divorce documentations, and our current marriage certificate. We didn't want to have to do that, but we did it nonetheless. FWIW, our documentation was approved on first submission.

Well if you did, that info would help you.
