I944 public charge rule form has been debated from courts but now it is necessary for AOS. Hence, they have started sending RFIEs for it. I am August filler and I have already received it. I am wondering if July fillers got it too.

I thought you meant you received one for a missing document IN the i944.

Hi guys ,

 

for all of you who have received your combo cards, does your approval notice mention only 765 or also i131 ? I received today the 765 approval letter but not the card itself yet so i am wondering if it will be a combo card, what does your mentioned?

Got my biometrics letter today. Letter was dated 11/21, appointment is for 12/18 in Brooklyn ASC.

July 25, 2023 - Submitted ROC via USPS 

July 31, 2023 - Credit card charged

Aug 1, 2023 - Text confirmation with IOE number received

Aug 14, 2023 - 48-month extension letter received

Aug 23, 2023 - Biometrics appointment at Brooklyn ASC

July 2, 2020 - 1st AOS submission via USPS  | July 19, 2020 - Rejected package received due to "missing forms" | July 20, 2020 - Resubmitted AOS Package | July 26, 2020 - AOS received at Chicago lockbox via USPS

July 27, 2020 - USCIS online status: Case received

Aug 9, 2020 - Credit card was charged | Aug 13, 2020 - Received SMS confirmation from USCIS | Aug 17, 2020 - Received NOAs in the mail | Aug 21, 2020 - USCIS account updated to RFE (waiting for mail)

Aug 27, 2020 - Hard copy of RFIE received in the mail (I-864EZ rejected) | Aug 31, 2020 - Response to RFIE sent to NBC

No, just the 765 part, i guess it wont be a parole as well, which is sad. On the other hand my adjustment of status interview has been scheduled for  December so i am not sure if it has something to do with it. I might get an opportunity to request a quick stamp to use as a parole that day of the interview , so i can get back to my work as a pilot ASAP.

I got my EAD delivered finally! now the wait for interview starts haha

NOA1: 8/17

Biometric appointment notice: 11/2

Yes sir thanks!  That was quick but my first concern is to get  the ap ASAP, i need my job! Maybe they are thinking why giving me a parole if i am having the interview soon dont know.
