That's your priority date.  I am pretty sure it's the date they receive your application.

Ah I see. If I see the below message on my case status, I'm assuming my PD is July 9 even though my NOA1 was July 20+.

"On July 9, 2020, we received your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization"

Yes, that is how I understand it.  It's the date they received you're application.  So you're PD is July 9th.

It it is sort of you're place in line, but as you probably know they don't exactly go in order.  The NOA1 is just the notice that they received your application.

What evidence did you have for I-131 expedite request? What did they ask for?

Filed because of need to return home for father's surgery. Provided medical forms with translation and cover letter.
Their email stated:
"All expedite requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and must demonstrate that one or more of the expedite criteria have been met. The criteria are:

 Severe financial loss to a company or person, provided that the need for urgent action is not the result of the petitioners or applicants failure to:
1. File the benefit request or the expedite request in a reasonable time frame, or
2. Respond to any requests for additional evidence in a reasonably timely manner;
 Urgent humanitarian reasons;
 Compelling U.S. government interests (such as urgent cases for the Department of Defense or DHS, or other public safety or national security interests); or
 Clear USCIS error."

I stated "urgent humanitarian reasons" and submitted the "proof" that they asked for to support this.

Awesome news! My ead is also being produce but i called  uscis today and they say it is only a working permit not a parole , they said i need biometrics for the parole. I know there are several posts here that says the contrary. I am really pissed off.

They approved my expedite request for the EAD when i told them about my job situation being a pilot and now having a working permit without a parole is like having nothing for my profession! I cannot get anymore different opinions from uscis officers regarding this biometrics dilemma. All the EAD from this group or most of them have been  issued as a combo card so who knows whats wrong with mine.

Hi everyone,

After biometrics I would like to request an expedite action for my EAD based on potential financial loss and showing a job offer as evidence. Has anyone done that before? How do you send it? or should I just chat to an agent through Emma to request de expedite.

Thanks for any help

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration.

Tried to have my bio appointment expedited but rep just created another service request since I never received a response on the previous one. She also mentioned that it was submitted to the "office that has jurisdiction" on my case. Does that mean NBC or Brooklyn ASC?

In any case, I'm thinking of asking help from our congressman/ senator if I still don't hear from them by next week.

 What the hell is wrong with USCIS. Same response and closed service request for biometrics appointment without any resolution:

Our records indicate that we are awaiting your appearance for biometric processing. Your case is currently in suspense or on hold until we receive your biometrics.  Your application information has been entered into the system which schedules applicants for biometrics at their local ASC. Once you have been scheduled, you will receive an ASC Appointment Notice containing the date, time and location of your appointment.  You must take the ASC Appointment Notice and photo ID to your appointment.
