Update:

Its monday morning again.

Normally I would call USCIS to see if bio is scheduled and expecting to hear the standard answer. Wait 90 days after reopening.

But today I spoke to emma. (Live representative)

Today I like emma

Bio sceduled wait for the letter.

Hi, would you mind telling me what question did you ask Emma? Like how exactly did you phrase it? I tried a couple times, she wouldn't answer my question.

Emma.

Ask live representative

Case status

Connect to a live agent.

When connected to a live agent I gave them my a number instead of msc number(from my experience they will then look thru all petitions instead of just 1)

Question

"I would like to know if my biometrics is scheduled and/or if there is a letter on its way regarding that"

Timeline

I am so excited I just found this message board! Another July filer here.

I just checked on our status with the Emma and the Live Representative.  Our documents are at the National Benefits Center with no updates on appointments.  So I am not sure what that means.  But I am so grateful I saw this message board and now know I can check on the status with an actual person through Emma.

Probably a stupid question, but the priority date, is that the notice date of the received date on the NOA1s?

Timeline

Hi everyone, I found this forum recently and I'm late to the party. Someone showed us how to chat with a Live Representative, I did that but I was told my Biometrics has not been scheduled. This evening I got a letter with my bio appointment. It says code 3 and has both aos and ead receipt numbers.

Thank you so much for the help!

I just talked to a live agent today, he said my biometrics is not scheduled yet, and that I should fill our a request form 90 days after my local office reopened (which is next week). I think I'll do that next week and hope it makes a difference...

Great. So the representative said that they will raise a service request for your biometrics (if not being scheduled) when the 90 days of re-opening have passed. Correct? So, will you call them next week and possible raise a service request to them?
