Have you done biometrics inside the US at a ASC before? If so, the following reuse notice might be a possibility: "U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has received your form and is currently processing your application, petition, or request. This notice informs you that USCIS is able to reuse your previously captured fingerprints and other biometrics. USCIS will run the same security checks and use your biometric data as in the past, however, it is not necessary for you to appear at a USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) for a biometrics appointment."

Thanks for the info. These are good news as these moves will heavily reduce backlog for biometrics.

I haven’t done biometrics to any USCIS office :( Hence I will have to wait my turn for Seattle WA. Hopefully with the reuse of old biometrics and the fact that Seattle is not as backlogged as other areas gives me “some” hope :)

Hey everyone! quick question!

my noa1 case numbers start with MSC which I believe is the National Benefits centre. Do any of the cases get transferred? Or do they stay where they are?

thanks! :)

Case number will probably not going to change.

1. I-130/485 will get adjudicated at NBC first and later transferred to the local office.

2. 765/131 same (and approved by NBC)

USCIS can anytime transfer cases to other centers depending on the case load they have.

Ok perfect thank you! Yeah I’ve seen the wait times for the EAD but I’m just more interested in getting my AP so I can visit my family next year

thank you :)

EAD wait times for NBC is a joke to be honest. Same boat here. Waiting to get Advance to Parole ;) But EAD wait time means we will green card 20 months earlier than EAD card (which serves as a bridge for employment before you receive green card). Ohhhh USCIS is so "well organized"

You’re right 😂🙄 I’d say they changed it as well so that people stop calling and bugging them asking for updates

I think they might be working on some very old case and thus wait time could be posted for that one and not a reflection of actual wait time at the moment.

If it's real i think USCIS would have stopped accepting new application.

Apprently got an RFE today 😞 The only issue I can think of is the fact that I didn't include a DS3025 because I never received it. I was told to just give my entire medical package to the guys at PoE, which I did

Probably something else. DS3025 copy isn't a requirement for I-485 submission. They should have the overseas medical result in your A-file.

Woo Hoo! I’m happy to see some more movement from the July filers! Hopefully we all get appointment notices for our biometrics next 😊

Let's hope it's just a box I forgot to check then (like my last RFE, lol)
