What information did they ask you when you call them? I checked a bank account but still checked wasn't cashed yet. Did you call them after your fee was paid?

They just asked my name and the date I sent the package out, once they had that info they were able to give me my receipt numbers

Just checked my I-485 status online. It says that they sent an RFE notice yesterday.... sigh. I wonder what it is. Twiddling my thumbs until I get the notice. Hopefully, it isn't anything major.

For official processing times: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

Form: I-765

Field Office or Service Center: National Benefits Center

Form type: Based on a pending I-485 adjustment application [(c)(9)]

yep, seen that was just wondering because the processing times are not completely accurate, we applied for i130 back when I was in UK and the estimate was 9 months we got it approved in two, which is amazing :)

Who currently has the approved I-130 petition? NVC? London embassy?

At I-485 interview if the I-130 file hasn't arrived from the internal transfer request, then it can delay I-485 adjudication.

Hi guys! I filed for AOS with the forms I-485 and I-130 filed concurrently. I mailed the application out on July 31st to the Chicago Lockbox with USPS and it was received by USCIS the next day on August 1st (Saturday). Today is August 21st (that is 3 weeks since mailed out) and have not received news from USCIS, nor check cashed, nor NOA1 yet. Should I worry? I am afraid that they could have rejected the application. Hopefully not 🙏🏻 Any advice guys? The USCIS webpage recommends to wait at least 30 days and not calling within the first 30 days after filing, but I’m starting to feel anxious since I have not received updates from USCIS. Thank you 😊

Mine took 34 days to cash the check i called every single day after day 29 , it did not show up on their system until payment was cleared so i guess no news is good news! Still kinda early for you
