Im so dejected and at a complete loss right now. Our FOURTH AOS submission is being returned to us, according to the call we just made. "Filed Improperly" is the only reason the agent could give us. Im beside myself. I sent the correct fee. Combed over every document. Checked and rechecked we included everything. First packet was sent in MAY. I have no idea what we are doing wrong, or when we will ever get this packet thru.

I’m so sorry it was rejected again!!

under what category did you file? Are you AOS’ing from K1 or like me, a tourist visa?

My advice it is to find a good lawyer and file it through them better than wasting hours and hours of time

I am really worried with the upcoming furlough within USCIS. The bailout bill hasn't moved since it was introduced 😞

If this will push through we might see more delays in the future.

Just called USCIS because I couldn’t wait anymore and I was only a week off from the 30 day mark, she told me that my notice was mailed out as of August 12 (YAY🤩) and she provided me with all three receipt numbers! Woo Hoo! (Don’t know why I didn’t get a text, but oh well, I’ll try ticking off the box when I add my case numbers to my profile)

That was my biggest source of stress, now it’s just the wait for biometrics which some people have already received from this group. Fingers crossed I can get in for August or September 😃

Congrats! I'm so happy for you!!! We just got our text messages last night as well. Hopefully our NOA will be mailed soon :)

If you submitted your AOS application within one year of doing the medical exam for the K-1, I don’t believe you have need to get a new one.

Also, we received our NOA 1 letters in the mail today!

That’s what I was thinking, I meant to quote @Sinead91 lol

CONGRATS! I’m so happy that July filers are seeing some movement! This is awesome news!
