I-864 HELP!! K-1

hey guys  I need help on this part

 

my wife and I did k1

 

I need help on part 5, questions 3, 7, and 8

 

this is my first and only marriage and my wife and I are living with my parents (mom and dad). my mom is dependent on my dad. so they file taxes together.

my dad will be the ONLY co-sponsor

 

can someone tell me the number I need to put in box 3, 7 and 8. it's very confusing for me

can anyone else confirm? I just want to make sure I fill it out correctly. the last thing I would need is RFE or get a notice after 2 years of waiting saying "incorrectly filed"

Do you file tax with him?  If no, then just you and your wife on your I-864.

No I didnt file taxes with him.

 

when I filed for 2019 I was still single. I recently got married.

 

so if these answers

are for my fathers I-864, what do I write on mine?
