Hi guys just a quick question ,my husband came to the US as a refugee resettlement in 2016 and he got his green card last year And came back to my country to marry me and now he is busy with the application for our I-130 for me and our three kids under 10 years but then the agency that they were working with to bring them to the US ,the guy that is working there is helping my husband to apply for us but he is charging him 250$ per person for each application and telling my husband that all of us need separate applications,I just want to know how truthful that is because my kids are still under age to be on separate applications but he claim it’s like that ...But I am suspecting that he trying to crook us with the money ...I read to the USCIS website that application for the I-130 petition is 535 including the minor children in one document
