Household Size K1 Income Requiements

I am confused about calculating household size.. It is just me and my son so would that be 2 or would it be me, my son, and my fiance to make it 3?

 

Do I include my fiance on the household size because when she gets here it will be 3.. or are they asking current which would be 2?

So it will be a total of 3.. will that require 100% poverty guidelines or 125%? Not Military.. Rapidvisa online calculator is telling me income requirements $21,720 is that correct or is it $27,150

Whether or not it is 100% or 125%, a few months later for AOS it is 125%.  So you need to plan accordingly for the larger number

Last year was 32,500 but this year 2019 will be $25,380 becuase I had bought equipment and had write off.. 2020 will be well above the 125%.. I just hope I don't run into problem for 2019 income

It's always about current income. So even if your last taxes show a lower income you can support your case with an employer letter and paystubs to show your current income.

You could always amend 2019 and forego the write-off. May cost a little, but may be worth it.
