On February 18, 2020 we interviewed at USEM and application was approved.  There was a tremendous amount of confusion due to the pending Corona Virus and the Visa was issued on the 26th of February and held up from issue on the 27th.  Everything was in turmoil , lost  paperwork, no  communication etc etc.  I had to leave and now fast forward 5 months and no activity on our Visa.  My Fiance claims that the reason there has been no update to the CEAC is because I have not called USCIS.   I am trying to tell her it is because the Embassy is not processing K1  Visa's at this time.   Stress is building because she claims people on her Facebook claim that some are getting updates and  have even been issued a visa.  She thinks I am not trying to help with getting the Visa issued.  Is there anything I can do to push this pending Visa?  The Embassy has acknowledged that they have all required paperwork.

All contact needs to happen at the present location of the petition.   Contacting USCIS or NVC will be a waste of time

YMMV

Unfortunately, there's not much else to do but wait until the consulates start processing routine visa services.... You can just tell her you called USCIS/NVC and they told you this. If that's not enough for her, you can add that USCIS/NVC told you that she needs to contact the embassy and ask them (and they will tell her exactly what I said).

Let her contact the embassy and get the same responses and run against the wall, if she thinks you’re not doing enough.
