There's an actual answer as to the execution of these "proclamations" in the article I cited, not just the language, which can easily stand on its own, but the ridiculously excessive bias and targeted methods of enforcement which demonstrate the bad faith malicious nature of these "proclamations". Clearly some are doing their best to overstep their bounds as a test of how far they can go, but it's also serving as a nice distraction from other areas of incompetence related to health.

But no, it's not just for christians.  Rioters, looters, and protesters do it as well.  I'll give you three guesses why those are not being shut down, and the first two guesses don't count.
