Question Related to DS-260

Question 1:

I put N/A for “other maiden name” on previous application I-130 and G-325A. I recently found out that she has used another maiden name according to her birth certificate. What should I put for other names on DS260? There will be a discrepancy if I put “other maiden name” instead of N/A

• I-130 -- “other maiden name” = N/A

• G-325A -- “other maiden name” = None

• DS260 -- “other maiden name” = Yes or N/A?

Question 2:

Father is unknown when she was born. There is a question asking “Q: Is your father still living A: Yes or No”. How should I answer this? I have no knowledge of whether he is alive or dead.

Q1. If you now have knowledge of something you must answer truthfully. And explain at interview that at the time you filled in earlier forms you did not know. You can not knowingly give a false answer.

Q2 have you answered first part? If everything else is do not know then it may give a different option ?
