The joint sponsor needs to be making at least 125% of the poverty level based on total household size.

I think you may want to check the poverty guidelines- I-864p on USCIS.gov

if your petitioner is only earning 12k you will be in poverty. And this is without health insurance.

May want to suggest to the petitioner to get a better paying or a second job.

What if the petitioner ( the sponsor ) is not used to work much !, as he is dependent on his divorced mother ? Will that gonna be the point of the IR1 visa rejection  ?

Umm, you better get used to being gainfully employed. How old are you that you're still dependent on your divorced mother? Seriously? Get a job with benefits so you can provide for your spouse.

Actually ..I’m the beneficiary and my husband who is sponsoring me is 25 years old ..and our joint sponsor is my brother .. I have kept in my mind that I’ll be working in USA and my brother is a self employed and can help me in that as soon as I arrive there ..until I get job with my educational degrees ...any how you right ..still..my husband should  start working full time job ..life doesn’t go like this for long ..
