my wife and I got married, this is our 1st marriage for both of us, and we have NO kids.

I would like to know did I fill out these two parts correctly???

and my last question is: I will be using my father as a co-sponsor, and I am currently unemployed. does that mean I only have to include I-864 for my father ONLY? or do I have to fill out one too?

Yes

The petitionner ALWAYS submits an i864.  How can you have a joint sponsor if you don't have a primary sponsor

YMMV

The primary sponsor is always required to complete an I-864.  You will indicate $0 as your current income......You must be current on US taxes.  If you didn't file for the last 3 years, you must indicate why you were not required to file income taxes for each of those years.

The I-485 is completed by the new immigrant.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

oh ok. thanks for your help.

I already filed my 2019 taxes.

I will be mailing I-485 next month, will my 2019 w2 and 1040 form suffice? or should I send a 2019 tax transcript? I will be including 2017 and 2018 as well.

Transcript is better.......Your spouse should file before he/she is out of status.
