Police certificate Saudi

My father worked in Saudi Arabia before he left Saudi last January 2019 and I am petitioning my father and we are already in the NVC stage right now. One of the documents showing there is Police certificate in Saudi my problem now how we can get it specially if you are not residing in Saudi anymore..Is there anyone here same problem that I encounter also..

Tell NVC that it isn't possible. Even the US Department of State says: "Exceptions: Police clearances are unavailable for third country nationals who no longer reside in the Kingdom." https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/SaudiArabia.html

OP I recommend that you upload a screenshot of the applicable section from the link in the place where CEAC asks for the Saudi PCC. Add a comment that your father doesn’t reside there anymore and hence can not obtain the PCC.
