Yes, I was single and under 65 back then.

 

Between 09/27/2015 and 12/31/2015, I definitely made less than the  $10300 threshold.

 

I think the document you have shared clearly makes the case for me to justify why I did not file my 2015 taxes.  So I should be fine.
