Expired DS-156K Form in Packet 3!

My fiance received packet 3 today and they sent him DS-156K and DS-230 but they were expired! Where can I find current forms and should I fill them out on the omputer and print them or fill them out by hand?

The embassy may accept the expired forms, since it was they who sent it to your fiancee.

Call them just to make sure those forms are ok to use. Just to be in the safe side, those guys will scew anyone anyway the can.

I had the same problem, I fill out them and then I called the embassy to tell them that (one has an expiration date of 2004!), they say it does not matter but if i can, get the new versions barcoded (DS-156) over the internet. Do not worry and good luck.
