Ohh i see after 90days you may inquire then. Sorry you have to go through all this it’s already hard enough to be apart from your spouse. I hope they get to a decision soon.

Thanks, I’ll just keep waiting and hope before or by 11th of next month I get my visa.

I had my interview on the 11th of January 2020 and was given a yellow slip and placed in administrative processing and my passport was returned back to me after the interview, it’s been past 60 days since my interview and my status still shows refused on ceac.

I have an infant who already has his CRBA and US passport, they never asked for any documents as I had more than enough documents.

My case keeps updating like every week and I’m not sure what that means, this is really frustrating and has caused financial hardship on my spouse and I.

I’m not sure how long administrative process takes in Kenya

Use every avenue to pursue this; congressman, senator, president...get everyone you can involved. Put pressure until the desired result comes.

I wish I haven’t done all of that, our Congressman is up on the case and keeps updating us that it said it on ap and we just have to wait, we have emailed the president twice and mailed him a letter to his office regarding this but nothing yet.

we don’t know what else to do, it’s pass two years since we started the process and it’s been a hell of a ride

1. How long we have been married

2.When did we get married .
3. We have one child together so he asked other than this one child do I have any other child outside and asked same for my spouse

4. If I have been married before , asked the same about my spouse

5. when was the last time I saw my spouse

6. what I do for a living .
Save for or the civil documents they didn’t not ask me for any other document .
At the end Co said congrats was given a green sheet saying congrats , some booklet about my rights in USA and some documents on how to pay for the green card . My appointment was at 6:30 but they only allowed us in at 7am . Exactly at 8 am I was out.

I think thats so imprudent in view of Kenya now beginning the COVID-19 Vaccination process. Isn't COVID-19 not tested for interview goers? With that said, I want to keep a positive outlook that despite the slow movement, things are progressing.

Best thing they could potentially do is a rapid test when someone enters the building.  However, I've not hear of them doing that.
