Hello, this is a delicate topic, I’m not sure if anyone can help at all.

I married my wife back in February 2020 and we filed the Petition i-130. We both completed all the forms we needed to however we had been requested for an additional sponsor as my wife didn’t earn enough money to be a sponsor. During this time (past 3-4 months) my wife became very abusive and has been for the past 3 months. I’ve been threatened daily with “ice” deportation, false police allegations, my life has also been threatened on 1 occasion, and yesterday I was physically abused for the first time. I am faced with fleeing the country back to England and face penalties of returning to America or stay here in an abusive relationship where I am terrified daily. Does anybody know my options? Any help is greatly appreciated.
