Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Yes and he said they just need the info. But I see a lot of people here doing the degree equivalency and adding that to their application

I think a lot of people misunderstand the new form I-944... According to my lawyer too, IO don't need piles of documentations and the I-944 is just a part of I-485 which means, you don't need double supporting documents if u primarily put it with the supporting documents of I-485. Also, evaluate doesn't means for IO that you have to translate your diploma or Transcript but by "evaluate" they meant just present, show them in which level you are in your education.

I believe you and your lawyer are not reading the instructions properly.
