K 1 Visa Medical Exams

Any thoughts as to what will happen when the Embassies start doing interviews and the medical exams are now over six months old, will they require a whole new medical exam?

yes,  a new medical will be required as that is the visa date which expires 6 months from medical date

it happens also when a case is in AP for months and months

so,  far they have not required a new criminal report but that could change also

Yes.......they will require new medicals, and possibly new documents.

Well, he did go to the interview at which time they told him the medical was expired and needed to have another.  Went to the hospital the next day and had the new medical, however, they requested a three month TB test, which results coming back on 4/16/2021 as negative and the hospital then sent the results to the Embassy at which time was able to schedule a new appointment for interview.

Be prepared for a 90 day medical validity

Basically instead of 6 months until it expires, you are down to 3 months after the results are supposed to come through.

I see, well the medical was delivered to the Embassy on April 16th 2021 and the interview will be on June 3rd, already scheduled, so it should be well within the 6 month period.
